BJJ Team Neustadt offers kids and youth training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The focus is on self‑defence, building confidence, and developing motor skills. Led by Karina Schmidt, the program is suitable for children from around 7–8 years old and takes place at TSV Neustadt e.V.
